ytd went to play badminton with my tooty family and irene and zubair.

played like siao and tired myself out but it is fun.... soooooo long didn play badminton redy.
more than a year. OMG!
haha. but somehow coz of me not warming up b4 the game, i get cramps all over my leg.
pain sial. till now still a bit pain. haha.
i was told not to have any sports for one whole week. sadded.

today i m going to tok bout CONFIDENCE!
confidence is very important in everyone i believe.
it needs to be built up little by little acumulating up.
no one can have full confidence once he/she is born.

but if one have no confidence at all
den he/she will have problems dealing with alot of things.
so confidence is very important.

take for tennis star roger federer for instance.
he had been world number 1 for 4 consecutive years.
2004-2007...
he try up hard n practice alot to reach wat he is den.
but now, because he is "old", he drop. he lose confidence
as a result. someone is ahead of him redy.

but he never give up, he trains hard and practice his strokes well.
and also rebuild his confidence to get redy to take back world no 1 title from
current world number 1 rafael nadal.

CONFIDENCE! one of the most important aspect of life.

with confidence, u can do alot of things well.
on the other hand, without it, things happens in the opposite manner.

therefore it is sooooo soooo damn important for one to have confidence in watever he/she does.

never give up or feel down when things dun go well.
such as in tennis, when u first serve.
a service ace. ur confidence is slowly built up.
and u will perform well in the game.

but never feel too OVER confident, as u will gradually drop in terms of spirit if one trivial thing goes wrong.
for instance, my frend in tennis, he like to kill.
Kill as in tackle all the time. using all his might.
find opportunity, he kills.
when he succeed once or twice, his confidence shot up striaght into heaven
LOL
but subsequently, when he start making mistakes n the shots dun go over the net o wadsoever,
he start to lose confidence in the game. thus resulting in performance drop.
when he somehow finds that he is not performing well enuf, he lose spirit
n then, it gets worser n worser. he fails to even hitting the most easy shot.
as performance drop, his spirit drops as well. den he become STUCK UP!
LOL...
vent anger on the ball etc.
no mood to play. become restless.
and when he see his frend play soo well, he feel sad n down.
confidence drop even more. same to his spirit.
HIGH to LOW...
LOL.

s wat i m trying to say here is... never be OVERCONFIDENT.
and one success doesn mean forever success.
no matter how good u r, dere is always room of improvement.
be it jus a little bit, u can improve.
never lose hope in anything u do...
